This home is located so close to Disney and you'll think you need a Park Pass! This home is located Less than 3 miles and only 5 minutes away and it is on Private Cul-De-Sac with SOUTH FACING POOL. YES, SOUTH FACING POOL!!!

This villa offers an array of facilities and can accommodate up to 16 people in comfort.  It features 7 Bedrooms,4.5 Bathrooms, heated private Swimming pool (14 x 30 feet), spa and much more

Two MASTER en-suite bedrooms, all furnished with KING beds, give more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set of adults. Up to 16 people can stay in this home.

Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the other master, the 2 Queen bedrooms,   2 Twin bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 bunk bed are located upstairs.  ALL bedrooms feature TV with either DVD or VCR. 

 

      

Relax after a fun day at the attractions or shopping in either of the 2 lounges. Kids can hang out in the FAMILY ROOM watching their favorite TV show or watching a movie on DVD or listening to their favorite music on the STEREO, while adults can enjoy grownup conversation while sipping their favorite beverage in the living room or family room.

If you plan a day off, guests can gather in the Game room, enjoying the POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY, basketball Hoover to compete or playing games on the 2 high-top BAR TABLES, and even a table and chairs set for the little munchkins for their favorite activities. Game Room also features TV with VCR and DVD.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Blender, dishwasher and waste disposal and much more. There is a telephone which you can use to make unlimited local, long distance and even international phone. Yes, Free phone call. The automatic washing machine and tumble dryer are available along with the ironing board and iron. For your convenience all linen, house towels are provided for your use.

The private pool is surrounded by a large deck area, with ample seating to accommodate a lot people. There is an additional extended Lanai and extended deck (Additional $18,700 upgrade) adjacent to the pool bath, to give you shade from the hot Florida sun. For safety, there is a removable screen, to separate the pool from the villa. This will assist you in preventing unauthorized and unsupervised use, by children of the pool. The pool can be heated as an optional extra. See price list.

This executive villa (finished the furnishing and decoration around the end of Oct.2005) is fully furnished to the highest standards to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full.

Any restaurants near by? Do not worry, Formosa Garden Shopping Plaza is half mile away.  There are plenty of restaurants for you to chose in that plaza: Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Giordano's, TGI Friday, Cracker Barrel, Tastes of China, Subway, Dairy Queen, etc.  There is also a very nice Winn Dixie supermarket, a liquor store,
Eckerd pharmacy, bank and many other stores in that plaza.  They are all of walking distance.
